MetaQueue Home

The MetaQueue.NET IVR Service supports applications that interact with users on any telephone network. Businesses using MetaQueue do not need to own or maintain complex telecommunications hardware and software. Developers access the voice facilities via the QueueBus; and build applications using the MetaQueue Application Framework. These applications may interact with inbound and outbound telephone calls. MetaQueue.NET's IVR also supports Text-to-Speech, allowing voice-prompting via XML and/or database(s).

The IVR service is also a subset of the Publish-Subscribe service and thus allows information published from anywhere in the value network to be directed to a user's telephone.
